At Fuji Bikes, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping box, ensuring all manuals, tools, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once our technicians inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
